I have been a family caregiver & professional caregiver for the past 22 years, including owning and operating a state licensed home care agency.
In this time I also obtained my massage therapy degree, studied herbology and I'm currently working towards my certificate in Clinical Aromatherapy.
All these tools create a Wholistic Approach: Mind, Body, Spirit and integrate into the caregiving world well.
My goal is to provide effective solutions for caregivers
and their loved ones. I have found that having 4 key areas dialed in to be the most helpful as a Caregiver.
